Swift Reporting: Training Services

Training is offered to clients and prospects so that they can quickly ramp-up the skills required to administer, utilize and leverage any Swift Reporting implementation. Attendees who enroll in the standard training curriculum will be trained on basic use of the system, as well as the three key areas of business intelligence: reporting, analytics and monitoring.

Training can be tailored to suit the specific needs of the attendees. Web-based (remote) and on-site training programs are also available.

Training Curriculum

Enterprise Reporting

Learn the basics of using the system. Learn how to create your own reports in Swift Reporting. Formatting, data grids, filtering, and visual components are covered. Report distribution and security are also covered.

Dashboards and Scorecards

Learn how to create your own dashboard and scorecard widgets as well as customizing your portal. Users will also learn about continuous monitoring including alerts and notifications.

Data Analysis and Analytics

This module covers analyzing reports, OLAP slice and dice, zooming in and out, drill through, report linking, search and other analytical functionality. Custom formulas and analytics are also covered.
